Jill Beck, a NICU Nurse, ECMO specialist, & NANNcast Host, shares her perspective as a certified NICU nurse for 18 years. Specifically, she shares her experience working at the bedside as a nurse, ECMO specialist, teacher, quality improvement researcher and leader in improving clinical outcomes for tiny babies. Listen on the pod as Jill brings awareness to the rewarding aspects of caring for NICU babies and their families as well as the emotional labor that comes with it from the perspective of a NICU nurse.
